1. What type of jewellery do you sell?

We specialize in 925 sterling silver and designer/fashion jewellery, including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, chokers, and festive collections.

2. How do I know the jewellery is genuine?

All our silver products are made from 925 sterling silver and are carefully quality-checked. We provide assurance of authenticity with every purchase.

3. Do you offer customization or personalized jewellery?

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through secure payment gateways. 

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, COD is not available.

6. How much is the shipping fee?

 Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
 A flat fee of ₹99 is charged for orders below ₹999.

7. How long will delivery take?

 Standard delivery: 4–7 business days.
 Express delivery (in select cities): 2–4 business days.
 Delivery timelines may vary during festivals or due to courier delays.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number via email so you can track your package online.

9. What is your return and refund policy?

 Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
 Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
 Personalized jewellery, gift cards, and sale items are non-returnable.

10. What if my jewellery arrives damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

11. How should I care for my silver jewellery?

 Store in a dry, airtight pouch to prevent tarnish.
 Avoid contact with perfumes, water, and harsh chemicals.
 Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.
